OmniFlowThe growth platform inside Flow Group Ventures.
OmniFlow is the growth platform inside Flow Group Ventures — positioning, demand generation, digital surface and revenue operations built and run as one connected system.
The constraint it answers
- 01Demand depends on individual effort instead of a repeatable system.
- 02Positioning is unclear, so every deal restarts the explanation.
- 03Marketing activity exists, but nothing connects to pipeline or revenue.
- 04The website, CRM and campaign tooling are disconnected and unmeasured.
- 05Reporting cannot answer which activity actually produced revenue.
One system, six connected stages.
Most growth problems are connected. OmniFlow is built so positioning, surface, demand, capture, conversion and reporting operate as a single loop rather than separate projects.
- 01
Position
Define the market, the segment and the reason to be chosen.
- 02
Surface
Website, content and brand assets rebuilt as a conversion surface.
- 03
Demand
Outbound, search, paid and events run as coordinated programmes.
- 04
Capture
CRM, automation and routing so nothing decays between interest and conversation.
- 05
Convert
Sales enablement, follow-up structure and offer clarity.
- 06
Report
Attribution and revenue reporting feeding the next planning cycle.
Reporting feeds planning — each cycle removes the next constraint.
Everything the growth engine needs, under one plan.
Strategy
03 services
- Marketing strategyThe plan that decides where demand comes from, who it targets and what it must produce.
- Positioning and brandingA clear reason to be chosen, expressed consistently across every commercial surface.

Infrastructure
03 services

- AI integrationApplied where it removes manual work — research, drafting, enrichment, routing — with human review.
Campaigns and reporting you can actually see.
Every engagement runs against a visible campaign view and a reporting layer. The previews below are structural demonstrations of those surfaces — they contain no client data and no results.
Illustrative demonstration of a campaign programme view. Not client data.
Illustrative demonstration of a reporting layout. Figures are placeholders, not results.
The same system, tuned to the sector.

Plan deeply. Build once. Improve continuously.
The same operating principle applies to every OmniFlow engagement, whether it starts with positioning or with reporting.
- Phase 01
Diagnostic
A senior review of positioning, demand sources, digital surface and pipeline data. Output is a written constraint statement — what is actually limiting growth.
- Phase 02
Plan
A sequenced build plan with owners, dependencies and the measurement model agreed before anything is produced. Plan deeply. Build once.
- Phase 03
Build
Positioning, surface and infrastructure implemented by the specialists who will run them, not handed to a separate delivery team.
- Phase 04
Operate
Campaigns and systems run continuously with a reporting cadence, review cycle and documented change log.
- Phase 05
Improve
Each cycle removes the next constraint. The system compounds rather than restarting.
The people who plan it are the people who run it.
OmniFlow is delivered by senior operators inside the Flow ecosystem, supported by a specialist network for production capacity. There is no handover from a sales team to an unnamed delivery pool — the person who scopes the constraint stays accountable for the outcome.
Experience across teams and global brands.
- Four Seasons
Brands shown reflect prior leadership experience, team experience, or platforms our team builds on. They are not clients of Flow Group Ventures and imply no endorsement or engagement.
No OmniFlow results, metrics or case studies are published here yet. Client outcomes are only shown once the engagement is complete and every written approval is in place. Where a structure, dashboard or campaign view is shown on this page, it is labelled as a demonstration.

Timelines describe the working plan for a standard engagement. They are commitments to a process, not a promise of a specific result.
One connected system
Strategy, creative, demand generation, web, CRM and reporting are run as one system rather than split across separate vendors with separate definitions of success.
Execution, not a playbook
The engagement includes building, launching, measuring and correcting the work — not handing over a document and stepping back.
Senior operators
Work is led by senior specialists. The people who scope the engagement stay involved in delivering it.
Visible reporting
Campaign performance, project progress and pipeline movement are reported against the plan agreed at the start.
One reporting view across the engagement
Every active workstream reports into a single view: campaign performance, build progress, pipeline movement and the decisions waiting on you. Reporting shows your own data only — no sample dashboards and no illustrative numbers presented as results.
- Campaign performanceChannel activity, response quality and cost per conversation.
- Build progressWebsite, CRM and automation milestones against the agreed plan.
- Pipeline movementConversations, meetings and stage changes attributed to source.
- Decisions pendingApprovals, feedback and blockers that hold delivery.
Straight answers.
- Is OmniFlow a separate agency?
- No. OmniFlow is the growth platform inside Flow Group Ventures. The commercial relationship, the scope and the senior contact sit with FGV.
- Do we have to take every service?
- No. The engagement is scoped to the constraint identified in discovery. Services are added when there is a reason for them, not to fill a retainer.
- How is the work contracted?
- Scope, deliverables, reporting cadence and commercial terms are agreed in writing before delivery begins. Engagement models are set out in the FGV consultation.
- How quickly does work start?
- Foundation work — audience definition, infrastructure, messaging — normally runs in the first two weeks, with campaigns launching after it. The plan agreed in discovery sets the dates.
- What results are published?
- Only results from named clients with full written approval. Where no approved case exists, the method, the process and clearly labelled interface demonstrations are shown instead.
- Where does recruiting fit?
- It does not sit with OmniFlow. Ongoing or multi-market hiring is delivered through TaaSFlow, and a single fixed-fee direct hire through FlowPlaced — inside the same FGV relationship.
One conversation. One accountable partner.
FGV scopes the constraint and owns the senior relationship. When marketing, demand or revenue operations are the bottleneck, OmniFlow is the platform that builds and runs the system — inside the same engagement, against the same plan.
