Principles

The six things that hold constant.

Industries, regions and constraints vary. These do not.

  1. 01

    Diagnose before prescribe

No plan, proposal or fixed-fee scope is issued before the constraint is understood. Diagnosis is short, sharp and always the first step — the wrong prescription is more expensive than the diagnosis.

  2. 02

    Senior people own the work

The person named on the plan is the person doing the thinking and reviewing the output. Junior support exists inside a discipline — never as a substitute for senior accountability.

  3. 03

One plan and one accountable relationship

A single integrated plan across the pillars in scope, and one senior partner accountable for it. No parallel vendor tracks and no divided ownership.

  4. 04

    Build for reuse

Systems, frameworks and assets are designed so the second campaign, hire or workflow is faster and cheaper than the first. Bespoke work that cannot be reused is treated as a failure of design.

  5. 05

    Measure business outcomes

Success is defined in the client's business terms — pipeline shipped, hires closed, cycle time reduced, market entered — not in activity metrics or vanity dashboards.

  6. 06

    Respect local context

Regulation, culture and market maturity vary by jurisdiction. Plans are adapted to local reality, and legal or tax matters are routed to qualified regional counsel rather than absorbed into scope.
