  • Who it is for

Companies where one permanent role, often senior or specialised, is blocking the plan.

  • What it costs

$2,999 per successful hire, paid after the hire. No retainer and no upfront fee. Candidates never pay.

  • What protects you

If the placement ends within 90 days of the start date, the search restarts for the same role under the agreement.

From open role to accepted offer.

    Brief

You send a short hiring brief.

  2. 2

    Agree

Scope and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.

  3. 3

    Map

The market for the role is mapped and candidates approached.

  4. 4

    Interview

Candidates are interviewed before you see them.

  5. 5

    Offer

Support through your interviews, references and offer.

The fee does not rise with the salary.

Traditional agencies charge a percentage of first-year salary. FlowPlaced charges one flat fee, and nothing if no one is hired.

When FlowPlaced is not the answer.

FGV will tell you which fits at the first conversation.
  • Ongoing hiring

Several roles over time belong with TAASFlow, where cost does not scale per placement.
  • Contract or volume hiring

    FlowPlaced fills permanent roles only.
  • Workforce planning

Deciding which roles to open is part of an FGV plan, not a single search.

Questions buyers ask first.

  • When is the fee paid?

After a successful hire. There is no retainer and no upfront charge.
  • Does the fee depend on salary?

No. It is $2,999 whatever the compensation.
  • What if the hire does not work out?

If the placement ends within 90 days of the start date, the search restarts for the same role with a new shortlist, subject to the agreement.
  • Can several roles run at once?

Yes. Each role is scoped separately at the same fee.
  • Do candidates pay?

    No.
  • How does a search start?

With a short hiring brief. Scope and terms are agreed in writing before work begins.
