Five regions. One operating partner.

Direct delivery in North America and Europe. Vetted in-region specialists in Latin America, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, coordinated by one FGV lead. New markets run through AtlasFlow.

Diagram slot: a monochrome world map in light grey, no borders or labels beyond city names, with thin black arcs connecting the markets the operators have worked in: United States, United Kingdom, Brazil and wider Latin America, DACH, Iberia, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Singapore. Small black dots at each market, no glow or gradient. 21:9.

Markets our operators have worked in. This shows the leadership team's experience. It does not imply FGV local offices or regulated service coverage in those markets.

Where we deliver, region by region.

Each region lists what we cover directly, what runs through partners, the languages we work in, and where our work stops.

North America

Direct delivery

Coverage

The US and Canada, including decisions that cross the border. English, Canadian French and US Spanish.

Who we help

European, UK and Latin American operators entering the US, US firms expanding into Canada, and groups consolidating after an acquisition.

Where we stop

No legal, tax or regulated advice and no employer-of-record service. Work authorisation stays with you as employer.

Europe

Direct delivery

Coverage

The UK and the EU, including post-Brexit decisions. English, Portuguese, Spanish, French and German.

How we enter

Country by country. A sequenced entry usually beats a single pan-European launch that fits no market well.

Where we stop

No legal opinions, tax advice or employer-of-record service. Labour law and work permits go to partner counsel.

Latin America

Direct and partner-served

Coverage

Brazil, Mexico and Colombia directly, led by senior operators based in the region. Chile, Argentina and Peru through partners. Portuguese, Spanish and English.

Who we help

Brazilian companies entering the US, US and European firms entering Brazil or Mexico, and teams building nearshore in Colombia or Mexico.

Where we stop

No legal, tax or payroll advice, no employer-of-record service and no visa sponsorship.

Asia-Pacific

Direct and partner-served

Coverage

Singapore, Australia and New Zealand directly. Japan, Hong Kong and parts of Southeast Asia through partners, with Mandarin, Japanese and Bahasa coordinated by them.

How we enter

Usually through Singapore, Australia or New Zealand, then market by market. Asia is not one market.

Where we stop

No legal, tax or regulated advice and no employer-of-record service. Sponsorship and employment law go to partners.

Middle East and North Africa

Partner-coordinated

Coverage

The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and selected North African markets, through vetted regional partners. English, with Arabic and French coordinated by partners. We claim no offices in the region.

Who we help

US and European operators entering the Gulf, Gulf operators expanding abroad, hospitality developers and family offices. Programmes plan around the local working week, Ramadan and national days.

Where we stop

No legal, tax or regulated advice, no employer-of-record service and no implied government endorsement.

Hiring across borders, supervised by senior operators.

Ongoing hiring runs through TAASFlow. One critical senior hire runs through FlowPlaced, for $2,999 paid after a successful hire. Both work in all five regions.

How FGV approaches hiring
  1. Market mapping

We size the qualified talent pool for your role in each region before anyone is approached.
  2. Pay context

Regional pay benchmarks are agreed with your hiring team before a range is published.
  3. Candidate experience

Candidates get updates on a fixed cadence, in their own language.
  4. Handoff and boundaries

You receive written scorecards, decision notes and onboarding material. No employer-of-record, no visa sponsorship, no discriminatory sourcing, and your off-limits list is respected.

Translation is not localisation.

We adapt six things per market, so local buyers do not feel they are reading a translation. We list the languages we work in. Anything else goes through a named partner, and we tell you so.

  1. Language

Native fluency where the stakes are high. Machine translation only for low-risk content, and labelled.
  2. Message

Positioning rewritten for local buyers, not carried over from the home market.
  3. Imagery

Visuals that reflect local buyers without stereotypes.
  4. Channel

The local mix: WhatsApp in Latin America, LINE in parts of Asia-Pacific, local press.
  5. Offer

Pricing, packaging, contract length and payment terms adapted to local norms.
  6. Cadence

Working week, holidays and response times set around the local team.

Discover. Validate. Localise.Launch. Scale.

The market-entry playbook AtlasFlow runs. Each stage ends in a written decision before the next one starts.

  1. Stage 1

    Discover

Buyer segments, competitors, regulatory and channel limits.Decision: go or no-go.
  2. Stage 2

    Validate

Value proposition and pricing tested in your first three to five reference conversations.Decision: continue, adjust or stop.
  3. Stage 3

    Localise

Language, channels, first local hires and CRM. Legal and tax posture set with partner counsel.Decision: ready to sell.
  4. Stage 4

    Launch

Local demand programmes, sellers and one report that proves revenue repeats.Decision: invest to scale.
  5. Stage 5

    Scale

Several sales teams, a local executive layer and consistent operating standards.Decision: lead the category.

When entry also needs hiring and demand, OmniFlow and TAASFlow join at the stage that needs them, inside one plan.

Region-aware. Not universally certified.

FGV does not claim to be compliant in every country, and it does not imply local offices, licences or regulated service coverage in any market unless your signed engagement says so.

We work within the privacy, advertising and employment rules of each region, including GDPR and ePrivacy in Europe and LGPD in Brazil. Legal advice, entity formation, tax structuring, employer-of-record services, immigration, licensing, investment advice and clinical matters go to qualified local partners.
