The network is engaged when an engagement requires expertise the core team should not simulate — a specific regulator, a specific technology, a specific industry sub-segment. Specialists are engaged under a written scope with a named central owner accountable for the outcome.
Every specialist is reviewed before activation.
Where a specialist contributes to an engagement, their role and classification are disclosed to the client. Specialists are not represented as employees of the group and are not used to inflate the appearance of internal capacity.
Interest from senior operators is welcome. Applications are reviewed against the current engagement pipeline and the standards above.
