How to submit an access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection request relating to personal data handled by Flow Group Ventures.
This notice is published as a draft pending qualified legal review in each jurisdiction where Flow Group Ventures operates. It is provided for transparency about the group's operating posture and does not itself constitute legal advice.
Depending on your jurisdiction and the data involved, you may request one or more of the following.
Requests can be submitted via the contact channel with the subject line 'Data Request'. Include enough information to identify you and to describe the request. Requests are acknowledged under the group's response process.
Where necessary to protect the data, the group may need to verify identity before actioning a request. Verification is proportionate to the sensitivity of the data involved.
The group responds to requests within timelines appropriate to the applicable jurisdiction.
Flow Group Ventures structures relevant engagements around the commercial, privacy, employment, marketing, technology, contractual, and data requirements applicable to the client, service, and jurisdiction. Where an engagement requires licensed, regulated, or jurisdiction-specific advice, Flow Group Ventures may coordinate with qualified local professionals or require the client to obtain appropriate advice.
